Returns & Refunds

At Block Eleven, every order is checked carefully before dispatch.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or general dissatisfaction once an order has been placed.

Size Exchanges

We allow a one-time size exchange for eligible orders, subject to stock availability.

To qualify for an exchange, the item must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In original condition
  • Returned with original tags and packaging where applicable

Return shipping for exchanges will be borne by the customer. If approved, we will cover the re-delivery cost for the replacement size. Please drop us an email at sales@blockelevenofficial.com to kickstart the process.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item,  please drop us an email at sales@blockelevenofficial.com within 3 days of receiving your order.

Include the following in your email:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the defect or incorrect item received

Lost Parcels

If your tracking shows the parcel as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us as soon as possible. We will investigate with the courier before determining the next step.
